How to Renew Your Scrum/Agile Certification
You took the course, sat for the exam, and passed! But once you’re Scrum Master or Product Owner certified, the journey doesn’t end there. What do you need to know to maintain your certification?
SCRUMstudy™ requires that certification be renewed within three calendar years of the issue date.
As the Scrum/Agile field is maturing, it is important for practitioners to be aware of new innovations in the field. Maintaining your certificate allows you to demonstrate that you are committed to continued learning! It also serves as a hallmark of your knowledge to employers, future employers, peers, and colleagues.
You can renew your certification 2 ways:
Recertification examination: This exam is less extensive than your original exam and consists of only half the questions (50). Passing the Recertification Exam is possible with just a few hours of study.
SCRUMstudy™ certification examination: Passing any other certification examination through SCRUMstudy™ will also recertify your existing credentials.
