At Nimble Up, we understand that setting goals is one thing, but achieving them requires space, focus, and accountability. That’s why we’ve designed our 14-Week Accountability Program to help you “Create the Space” in your life for success. Whether you’re striving to improve personal wellbeing, drive business initiatives, or lead a team, this program ensures that you are supported every step of the way by your peers and an expert coach.
What is Accountability?
Being accountable to oneself means taking responsibility for your actions, behaviors, and decisions. It involves being honest with oneself, acknowledging mistakes, and holding oneself to a high standard of integrity and reliability.
When you are accountable to yourself, you prioritize self-improvement, learning from your experiences, and staying true to your values and goals.
Program Highlights
Create the Space for Success
This isn’t just about ticking off tasks. It’s about “Creating the Space” in your week for dedicated reflection, focus, and personal growth. Our carefully crafted sessions allow you to step out of the daily grind and fully immerse yourself in achieving your goals.
Duration: 75-minute weekly sessions
Format: Virtual or in-person
Group Size: Up to 12 participants per cohort
We also believe in the Peopleside of goal achievement—connecting you with like-minded individuals and an “Accountabilibuddy” to ensure that you’re supported both emotionally and strategically throughout the journey.
Program Outline
Week 1: Introductions, "Create the Space" Mindset & Program Review
Week 2: Defining Your Individual Goal & Success Criteria
Weeks 3-13: Accountability Check-ins, Reflection, New Concept Topics, Next Week Planning
Week 14: Review, Celebration & Next Steps
Every session begins by "Creating the Space" for reflection and focus, while also emphasizing the Peopleside of progress—connecting with your cohort to help you stay grounded and motivated.
